Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate regulatory submissions for medical devices across domestic and international markets.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain Technical Files, Design Dossiers, and regulatory documentation.
  • Support FDA 510(k), CE Marking, EU MDR, and CDSCO registration activities.
  • Track regulatory submission timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Maintain regulatory databases and document management systems.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, R&D, and Product Development teams.
  • Monitor global regulatory updates and assess their impact on company products.
  • Assist in product registration, renewals, amendments, and variation submissions.
  • Review product labels, packaging materials, IFUs, and marketing content for regulatory compliance.
  • Support regulatory strategy planning for new product launches.
  • Prepare responses to regulatory authority queries and deficiency letters.
  • Coordinate with notified bodies, regulatory consultants, and government agencies.
  • Maintain compliance with FDA, CDSCO, CE Marking, and ISO 13485 requirements.
  • Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Support external audits conducted by regulatory authorities and certification bodies.
