Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of clinical trials in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines, trial protocol, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical trial subjects, Principal Investigators (PIs), and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).
  • Facilitate the patient recruitment process by screening potential trial candidates based on strict inclusion and exclusion criteria.
  • Manage the complete informed consent process, ensuring study participants fully understand the trial procedures, risks, and benefits before signing.
  • Schedule and coordinate clinical trial visits, lab tests, scans, and routine procedures as outlined in the study protocol.
  • Accurately collect, document, and maintain source data and Case Report Forms (CRFs/eCRFs) within specified study timelines.
  • Ensure all trial-related documentation is filed correctly in the Investigator Site File (ISF) and kept up-to-date.

  • Assist during monitor visits, audits, and regulatory inspections by providing necessary documents and clarifying data queries.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documents for review by local Institutional Ethics Committees (IEC/IRB) and handle ongoing communication.
  • Perform blood draws (phlebotomy), process lab samples (centrifugation), and coordinate the timely shipment of biological specimens.
