Salary: ₹8,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 Per Annum

Responsibilities

Independently own and deliver end-to-end medical communication projects, ensuring scientific rigor, strategic alignment, and adherence to timelines
Develop high-quality scientific and creatively engaging content across multiple formats (including CME slide decks storyboard scripts, scientific articles, publication extenders and congress-related materials, posters, medical newsletters, scientific updates, and training materials for field medical and commercial teams)
Critically appraise clinical literature, guidelines, real-world evidence, and publication data to generate evidence-based content
Ensure compliance with scientific, regulatory, and publication standards while maintaining exceptional quality
Collaborate with cross-functional global stakeholders to achieve project goals
Manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision and ensure timely delivery
Translate complex science into clear, impactful, and audience-centric communications
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the therapeutic area and relevant scientific literature
Create engaging and informative content for various audiences, including healthcare professionals and patients
Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest scientific developments and trends
Participate in the development of medical communication strategies and plans
Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and sales, to ensure alignment and effective communication
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors
Stay current with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve medical communication projects
Ensure that all medical communication projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Provide training and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and expertise
Participate in the review and approval of medical communication materials to ensure quality and accuracy
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that all medical communication projects meet regulatory requirements
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, and how they relate to the therapeutic area
Create content for various digital channels, including social media and websites
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales materials and presentations
Participate in the development of business proposals and pitches to potential clients
Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and industry experts
Stay current with the latest developments in medical communications, including new technologies and trends
Participate in the development of crisis communication plans and strategies
Collaborate with the public relations team to develop press releases and other media materials
